Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck4455 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging into an existing account, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, making a deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ck4455 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
ck4455 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on ck4455, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

ck4455 uses automated detection systems to flag accounts that exhibit characteristics associated with underage use. Where such a flag is raised, ck4455 may suspend betting and withdrawal activity on the account pending receipt and review of satisfactory identity documentation. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively at the time of registration to avoid delays in processing withdrawals during high-traffic periods such as BPL match days or T20 World Cup fixtures.
Account Registration & Verification
Each eligible player may hold exactly one (1) account on ck4455. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.
When registering your ck4455 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and your date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any of the submitted details change after registration.
- ck4455 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle — at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, following a large deposit, or whenever the security team identifies unusual account activity.
- Acceptable verification documents include: Bangladesh National ID card (NID), valid passport, or a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days as proof of address.
- Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a formal request from ck4455 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck4455 login credentials, including your username and password. ck4455 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- You must notify ck4455 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
ck4455 operates a strict one-account-per-household and one-account-per-device policy for the purposes of bonus eligibility. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same IP address, device fingerprint, NID, or payment method, ck4455 may treat those accounts as duplicate accounts and apply the duplicate-account policy, which includes cancellation of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonus & Promotions Policy
ck4455 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this section.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses issued by ck4455 carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. - ck4455's Discretion: ck4455 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, players with the bonus already credited to their account will be permitted to complete any in-progress wagering requirement under the original terms, unless the promotion was withdrawn due to a technical error or misrepresentation, in which case ck4455 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus.
Betting & Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck4455. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and — where required by law — reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process, including using another person's identity or NID documentation.
- Registering or operating more than one ck4455 account, whether under your own identity or under a different name or identity.

- Allowing or facilitating access to a ck4455 account by a person under the age of 18. The registered account holder is fully responsible for ensuring that their login credentials are not accessible to minors.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either you or ck4455 may close or suspend a ck4455 account. The circumstances, procedures, and consequences of closure differ depending on which party initiates the process and the reason for closure.
Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your ck4455 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be finalised and paid out to your nominated payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Once an account is closed voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's last-used verified payment method within five business days.
Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion closures are processed within 24 hours of the request. A self-excluded player may not reopen their account or register a new account during the exclusion period. ck4455 uses NID-linked checks to enforce this restriction. Self-exclusion is free, immediate in effect, and can be initiated directly from your account settings panel without requiring a support request.
Closure by ck4455: ck4455 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request.
- Evidence or strong suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
- Registration by or for a person under 18 years of age.
- Operation of multiple accounts linked to the same identity, device, or payment method.
- A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated against ck4455 by the player's payment provider.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require ck4455 to restrict access to its services for specific users or jurisdictions.
Where an account is closed by ck4455 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposits, winnings, and pending bonuses — may be forfeited. In cases where the closure is not related to prohibited conduct (for example, a regulatory change affecting service availability in a specific region), ck4455 will return the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method after completing any required compliance checks.
